What is natural cosmetics?
Natural cosmetics occupy the middle ground between classic dermocosmetics and certified natural cosmetics.
✅ avoids questionable ingredients such as mineral oils, silicones, microplastics and synthetic fragrances,
✅ uses clinically proven active ingredients in dermatologically balanced formulations,
✅ follows pharmaceutical formulation principles (iso-osmolarity, skin-physiological pH range) for maximum skin compatibility.
✅ relies on dermatologically sound compositions : no over-engineering, no "add-on decorative ingredients".
✅ Toner consistently without denatured alcohol (Alcohol denat.) – for respect of the skin barrier.
✅ Cleansing without salicylic acid for daily use; BHA is used selectively in the toner and only when needed.
✅ Fragrance-free – Perfume is a “decorative drug”: what smells good is not automatically good for the skin.
Natural ≠ natural cosmetics
Natural cosmetics adhere to seals such as COSMOS or NATRUE. Natural-based active ingredient cosmetics go a step further in terms of potency – and primarily draw on the diversity of natural active ingredients. We only use synthetic components where they are scientifically superior – e.g., stable vitamin C derivatives – and we label this transparently.

- 🌾 Barley: Hordeum Vulgare Root Extract in the AHA/BHA/PHA Toner . (Extracts are generally low in gluten; please only make a "gluten-free" claim with proof of supplier.)
- 🥜 Nut/stone fruit kernels: Almond oil (e.g., cleansing oil , eye cream ); peach kernel oil (e.g., rich face cream , cleansing gel ). Note for allergy sufferers.
- 🌿 Salicylates (BHA): contains salicylic acid in the AHA/BHA/PHA toner → use SPF during the day; seek medical advice if pregnant/breastfeeding.
- ✨ Fragrance-free: All formulas are free of perfume/essential oils.

FAQ
Is natural cosmetics suitable for allergy sufferers?
Yes, all formulas are fragrance- and essential oil-free. However, we still recommend a 24-hour patch test on the inside of your elbow to rule out any individual intolerances.
Do your products contain preservatives?
Yes – only skin-friendly preservatives such as pentylene glycol or sodium levulinate . Without gentle preservatives, formulas containing AHA or hyaluronic acid, for example, would become contaminated with bacteria.
How many times can I return the deposit glass?
Up to 35 times . After that, the glass is recycled and reblown. Returns accepted at over 70 pharmacies, Müller drugstores, or via DHL return service.
