Three different forms of vitamin C are responsible for the antioxidant effect, protecting the skin from premature aging, which can often be triggered by stress, air pollution, or blue light from screens. At the same time, collagen production is promoted, wrinkles are plumped, and the complexion appears radiant and even. This effect is enhanced by the "youth molecule" resveratrol. Ferulic acid, another ingredient in this beauty elixir, reduces age spots and sagging skin, while increasing elasticity and firmness. UV-induced damage is suppressed and even repaired. This clean formula is rounded off with Jiaogulan, which adds a new dimension. This hydrating serum is a highly concentrated skincare step for the face and neck that provides intense moisture, prevents premature skin aging, and supports the skin's protective barrier. Unlike a classic cream, a hydrating serum works with highly concentrated active ingredients such as three forms of vitamin C, resveratrol, ferulic acid, and a multi-molecular hyaluronic acid complex. The result: increased elasticity, smoother-looking fine lines caused by dryness, and a visibly fresher, more even complexion – even for sensitive or dry skin.
The serum is alcohol-free (without drying alcohol), free of synthetic fragrances, and formulated for sensitive skin. Adaptogenic plant extracts like Jiaogulan support the skin's barrier, even under stress (e.g., UV radiation, blue light, urban pollution), and help retain moisture long-term. Application & Routine
In the morning and/or evening, after cleansing and toning, apply 4–6 drops to the face, neck, and décolleté and gently pat in. Once fully absorbed, follow with a moisturizer (e.g., facial fluid/day fluid) and protect with sunscreen during the day.
Note: The serum can be used daily. For very sensitive skin, introduce it gradually and combine it with moderate, gentle products.

Designed to be gentle and therefore suitable for sensitive skin prone to redness – including skin with rosacea or combination skin that still needs extra moisture.
The antioxidants it contains (vitamin C, resveratrol, ferulic acid) protect against oxidative stress caused by external influences. This does not replace daily sun protection: please always use additional SPF during the day.

What is a hydrating serum – and what are its benefits?
A hydrating serum is a highly concentrated, lightweight, water-based step applied before your cream. Our serum combines a hyaluronic acid complex, vitamin C, resveratrol, and ferulic acid for intense hydration, protection against oxidative stress, and visibly enhanced radiance.
How do I use the moisturizing serum correctly?
Pat 2-3 drops into the skin (face, neck, décolleté) after cleansing and toning. Then apply a light day fluid or cream and SPF during the day. The serum can be used morning and evening ("Moisturizing serum morning or evening?" – both are possible).
Do I need a cream or fluid afterwards? (Moisturizing serum vs. cream)
Yes. A serum delivers active ingredients in a high concentration, but it doesn't replace the final skincare step. It's ideal during the day in combination with a light day fluid ; in the evening, layer it with a richer cream if needed.
Is the moisturizing serum also suitable for sensitive skin or skin prone to rosacea?
The formula is free of synthetic fragrances, declarable perfumes, and alcohol, and is therefore generally mild. However, for very sensitive skin or skin prone to redness (e.g., rosacea), we recommend testing on a small area first and consulting a dermatologist if in doubt, as this is a potent formula. Jiaogulan and quince support the skin barrier and can alleviate feelings of tightness.
Does the serum help with very dry skin / first signs of dryness?
The multi-stage hyaluronic acid complex binds water in different layers of the skin, visibly plumping up fine lines caused by dryness and instantly creating a more radiant appearance. Ideal for very dry skin, mature skin, and dull winter skin.
Can I wear the serum under makeup? (Moisturizing serum under makeup)
Yes. It absorbs quickly, is not oily, and provides more smoothness under foundation or tinted SPF.
Is the serum suitable for combination or blemished skin?
Yes. The texture is light and not heavily occlusive, therefore also suitable for combination skin that needs moisture without a greasy finish. For blemished skin, it can be combined with targeted care (e.g., AHA/BHA products).
How often should I use a moisturizing serum?
Daily – in the morning for protection (antioxidants such as vitamin C, resveratrol, ferulic acid), in the evening for regeneration and to support the skin barrier.
