What is a cleaning foam?
A cleansing foam is a mild, foaming facial cleanser that thoroughly removes sebum, dirt particles, and makeup without drying out the skin. The pH-balanced formula preserves the skin barrier, leaves a fresh feeling, and optimally prepares the skin for toner and moisturizers.
Depending on the formula, this cleanser is suitable for various skin types and can even be used on sensitive skin. It is an essential step in your daily skincare routine, both morning and evening.

Application & Routine Recommendation
- Moisten face with lukewarm water.
- Distribute 1-2 pumps of cleansing foam in your hands, gently massage into face, neck and décolleté (avoid the eye area).
- Rinse thoroughly with water. Then continue with Soothing Toner (Panthenol) and finish with Facial Fluid (light, hydrating) or – depending on your needs – a richer cream.
Note: The foam can also be used on dry skin (dry cleansing) – then remove with water.
Frequency: Morning and evening. For highly waterproof makeup, first use an oil-based cleanser (double cleansing).
Who is the cleaning foam suitable for?

Which is better: cleansing foam or cleansing oil?
It depends on your skin type: Foam is ideal for combination to oily skin and provides a fresh, deep-pore cleansing feeling. Our cleansing oil (100% oil) is particularly suitable for very dry or highly sensitive skin and gently removes even waterproof makeup.
Does the foam remove makeup and sunscreen?
Yes. For highly water-resistant make-up, a cleansing oil is recommended beforehand, followed by the cleansing foam (double cleansing).
Does the foam sting your eyes?
The cleansing foam is not intended for use around the eyes. In case of eye contact, rinse thoroughly with clean water. The mild, sulfate-free formula uses gentle surfactants and is designed to be skin-friendly; however, individual tolerance – especially around the eyes – may vary.
Perfume-free/without essential oils?
Without essential oils and without synthetic perfumes; subtle natural odors of the ingredients may be perceptible.
